Theresa joined the group in 2025 as Group Manager, Service Delivery. Before joining, Theresa gained valuable experience at both IBM and Vodafone. During her tenure with these organisations, she worked across multiple industries, delivering managed service contracts, leading significant programmes, and managing key accounts. Her expertise has contributed to the successful delivery of complex IT services in diverse environments. 

Theresa has more than 30 years’ experience in IT Service Management. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of management and leadership positions, all with a focus on delivering service excellence. Her approach is grounded in ITIL best practice and a commitment to continuous improvement within IT services.
