Biography
Richard Collenette
Richard is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales having qualified with Deloitte in 2003 in their Audit & Assurance department. He went on to be a Finance Director within a US-listed group gaining exposure to the stringent requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act over internal controls and corporate governance.
In 2016, he moved to Pula Limited, the family office of Stephen and Margaret Lansdown. Richard is now the CEO giving him the oversight of a large and diversified portfolio of investments and sits on Boards across various sectors such as financial services, sustainability, technology, hospitality, aviation and sports.
Richard was educated at Elizabeth College in Guernsey and obtained a degree in Accounting and Financial Studies from the University of Exeter.
Since January 2025, Richard has been a Non-Executive Director on the Board.
Xavier Isaac

Xavier is the co-founder and CEO of Accuro Group. In 2017, he led the management buyout that galvanized Accuro as the independent, values-driven and award-winning business it is today.
He drives Accuro's international strategy, mission and vision and advise clients on estate planning, taxation, philanthropy, and trusts; protecting families whilst supporting their positive contribution to the world. Xavier is the treasurer of the Swiss Philanthropy Foundation and sits on the board of the Fondation Pacifique, a Swiss charity.
He is an enthusiastic knight of the “Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin” in Burgundy, a keen skier and loves to spend time in the Swiss mountains with his family. He speaks French, English, Spanish and Dutch.
Fintan Kennedy
Fintan is an experienced Group Finance Director with a demonstrated history of working in property, financial services and corporate finance. Fintan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales with widespread industry experience spanning 30 years. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies at the University of Limerick and has extensive skills and experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as in property development and management.
After qualifying in 1997 with PWC, he went onto work as a Group Accountant with C.I.Traders for 10 years before its private equity buyout in 2007. Then, Fintan led the Jersey Office of Cofra, the private office of the Brenninkmeijer family, with interests in renewable energy, property, and private equity. After four years in that role, he started working as Finance Director with the Scott Family (Sealyham) in Jersey where he is now the CEO, managing a wide portfolio of assets ranging from property to sports enterprises. He currently serves as a Director of Leicester Tigers Rugby Club, Supertri and the Company and has just completed 7 years as a Director of the Financial Services Opportunities Investment Fund. He is a Council Member on the LouLou Race Foundation.
Since December 2023, Fintan has been a Non-Executive Director on the Board.
Kim Sgarlata
Kim has over 20 years of experience in financial services. She held the positions of Global Head of Strategic Program Development and Global Head of Wholesale Transformation at HSBC. Before that, she spent 9 years at Capco, a global management consultancy, where she was partner for 8 years. Kim has also held roles at Accenture, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and State Street. Kim is a successful client relationship manager and people leader with extensive experience in leadership and change delivery. As a career management consultant practitioner, Kim has formulated business models and strategies, executed large-scale change programs and motivated teams to achieve common goals. During her time at HSBC, Kim spearheaded the transformation of the Commercial Bank. This resulted in the launch of new businesses, increased margins resulting from cost reduction initiatives, higher client retention rates, capital savings, reduced operational risks and enhanced regulatory compliance.
As a management consultant, Kim’s work spanned the functional and technical sides of fixed income trading, derivatives operations, collateral/funding/liquidity, trade & receivables finance, and payments. Kim excels in facilitating the transition of teams to agile operational methods and embedding ESG-linked behavioural changes. She has a wealth of experience in overseeing large teams and investment budgets to strategically transform major financial institutions.
Since September 2023, Kim has been the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company and an Executive Director on the Board. In 2025, Kim won the Chief Executive Officer category in the WealthBriefing European Awards 2025.
Matt Westgarth-Smith
Matt is an experienced board director, having been Managing Director of HFL since 2018, during which time he has overseen and driven the growth of the business from a team of 13 to a team of nearly 80.
He has extensive experience and knowledge of the Venture Capital industry and the broader Innovation Ecosystem and continues to sit on the ManCo board of two of Europe's most successful early-stage VC funds. In his role at HFL he also acts as trustee and advisor to UHNW families and entrepreneurs, combining deep technical expertise with practical, hands-on advice on wealth structuring and family governance.
Having started his career in management consulting at Capco, Matt worked in Advisory at PWC before joining HFL in 2017. He has a particular passion for innovation and the ability for technology to unlock dramatically improved client experiences, operational efficiency and risk management.
Matt is a Chartered Accountant and holds a M.Eng in Aeronautics from Durham University and an MSc. in International Money, Finance and Investment from Durham Business School.
