Swapna joined the group with over five years of HR experience at a well-known offshore bank. ​

Through her career in HR, Swapna has worked through a variety of specialties from recruitment to mastering labour laws in Mauritius.

Swapna prides herself on making work a delightful experience for everyone and strives to ensure the people and culture focus at the group remains strong.​

Swapna has a degree in Management and Marketing from Curtin University and is currently studying a master’s degree in Management at Middlesex University. ​
