Oliver joined the group in 2019 with over 15 years of experience in the finance industry. He has developed the group's in-house corporate finance capability and supported the growth and development strategy and in 2020 was subsequently appointed as our Group Chief Financial Officer. ​

Prior to joining, he spent over a decade as a chartered accountant at PwC Channel Islands. He managed listed, private equity, and hedge fund audits in the firm's audit practise before transitioning to a consulting role, advising clients on regulation, governance, transactions, cyber risk management, strategy, process improvement, and digital transformation. ​

Oliver is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts.
