Dan joined the group in August 2025 as Programme Manager within the Transformation team to lead complex, strategic change initiatives in line with Project Overture. He joins following completion of a distinguished career with the British Army. Throughout his career he has been responsible for Organisational Development and change initiatives across both the People and Technology pillars. He completed his career with Army Digital Services leading IT Infrastructure Operations and the CTO’s Technical Design Office. 

A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, Dan has been commended for his work in the creation and implementation of the British Army’s Non-Commissioned Officer Academy, an organisation designed to elevate the leadership and professional development of all non-commissioned officers across the British Army.
