Claire has over a decade of experience in operational risk management in the Guernsey Fund and Fiduciary sector.​

Passionate about driving operational efficiencies across the business, Claire joined as Project Manager to lead and engage key stakeholders on a range of business solutions across the Group.​

Prior to joining, Claire worked in Compliance for a local fiduciary firm, where she was heavily involved in the acquisition of a local fund company and promoted to senior compliance manager, holding the MLRO, MLCO, and CO roles for the Fund Licensee Boards.​

Claire is a fellow member of the International Compliance Association with a diploma in Financial Crime and also in Governance, Risk & Compliance.
